Our Residential Building Process:
Kollmann Exteriors starts by ordering and having the product delivered to your residence on time and then inspected for accuracy and quality. Our
skilled siding team will then carefully remove your home's old siding. The project lead will inspect all sheeting for rot or decaying pieces and
replace the sheeting where needed.
The entire house will then get a house wrap. What is a "house wrap?" It's like putting a windbreaker over a sweater on a cold windy day. It
adds a protective barrier to the house; especially important for siding projects in Anchorage Alaska. Additionally all windows will
get rubber tape around all 4 sides to prevent any wind or water from making its way in.
Our highly trained siding team can custom bend metal flashings and fascia where needed for that custom fit.
Then it's time to install the siding, corners, window trim.
