Our Commercial Building Process:
Kollmann Exteriors starts by ordering and having the products and materials delivered to your commercial building site on time and then inspected
for accuracy and quality. Our skilled siding team will then carefully remove your buildings old siding. Our siding lead will inspect all sheeting for
rot or decaying pieces and replace the sheeting if needed on older buildings.
The entire building will then get an outer wall wrap. It adds the protective barrier to the commercial building; especially important for projects
in Anchorage Alaska. Additionally all windows will get rubber tape around all 4 sides to prevent any wind or water from making its way in.
Our highly trained siding team can custom bend metal flashings and fascia where needed for that custom fit.
Then it's time to install the siding, corners, window trim.
