Our Commercial Siding Installation Process:
Kollmann Exteriors starts by ordering and having the products and materials delivered to your commercial building site on time and then inspected for accuracy and quality. Our skilled team of siding installers will carefully remove your buildings’ old siding. Our project lead will inspect all exterior sheathing for rot or decaying pieces and replace the sheathing if it is needed on older buildings.
The entire building will receive a vapor barrier wall wrap. It adds the protective barrier to the commercial building; especially important for siding projects in Alaska. Additionally, all windows will receive drip cap and a rubber tape around all 4 sides to prevent any wind or water from making its way in.
Our highly trained siding team can custom bend metal flashings and fascia where needed for that custom fit.
Finally, it’s time to install the siding, corners, window trim.
